Excellent service I got both my cars smog. They take walk ins. He was done in 20 min with both of my cars. The owner Emran was very friendly and had great service. Highly recommended to bring your here for a smog.

Every time I have to have a Smog Cert or Smog Cert from a STAR station, this is where I go. Not only is it convenient, but this guy is an absolute gem. Had my mom’s 95 Blazer and it needed a Smog Cert, “DMV requirement”. It wasn’t running really great and I didn’t have extra cash to get it worked on at the time. Well low and behold, when I went to get the smog check, he found a vacuum hose that had come loose and was why the car was surging and acting really bad at times. Just not all the time. He hooked it back up, blazer passed smog and off we went. Now that’s service. I can’t help but think what I would’ve had to go through just to have the vehicle looked, to find out what was making it surge. I’m so glad there’s still some honest people/businesses still around. If I could give this business 10 stars, I would!!

I have been going to Chabot Smog with all of my vehicles since 2004 when it was up the street as 76 Smog only and / or Franks Garage. Then it moved to the current location and it is Chabot Smog. They must be doing something right for me to come here for all of these years. I love great service and you will definitely get it here.

went in to Chabot Smog to get a smog check. The mechanic was really friendly and genuine. I was in and out in literally 15 min. Great service and I used the yelp coupon. Competitive price! I will definitely be using them again.
